Sessions at Second Street are as personalized as needed to fit all individual goals our clients have.

Our engineers are adept at making artists feel comfortable and cared for, while also enabling them to maximize their creative potential.

We will provide "rough" mixing as time permits; bounces and stems will be sent promptly at the end.

Mix/master prices vary depending on scope of the project. Deep discount pricing for a two-track mix!

 

We typically provide a set number of client revisions once we have completed the mixing process. Any further revisions would be $20 each.

​

Any alternate versions needed (show, clean, instrumental, acapella) can be delivered, if discussed.

To prevent feelings of time pressure, we offer a convenient day rate, discounted from our hourly rate.

​

A "day" is a term for working within the bounds of a day, generally 10 hours, or until we arrive at a conclusion that everybody is tired. 

​

This typically means around 10:00am to 8:00pm, give or take. Late nights are open for discussion.

At Second Street, we find our artists thrive most when receiving custom production from the ground up.

​

We can either charge a lower hourly rate & accept a standard producer's royalty share, or perform "work for hire" -- whichever you prefer.

​

For all matters regarding the use & licensing of our existing beats, please utilize our Soundee platform.

If you want to use our studio space without a Second Street team member, you can certainly do so.

​

Clients will be given a brief rundown of how all gear is set-up. Our space can also be rented for use in video shoots, photography, and more.

​

If you want to throw a release party for an album that we've worked on; don't worry -- it's on the house!

We love nothing more than a chance to put our hearts and souls into a project alongside our artists.

The "full package" covers it all, start-to-finish: production, tracking, mixing/mastering, and all the studio time needed to get your work right.

​

While clients will save money this way, we also prefer it -- we get time to get to know one another better.
